
We do offer spec homes where we own the land and build the home and you buy it directly from us once it has been completed. The second option is that you can buy the land or contract land for sale and obtain a construction loan to build on that lot.
You do not need to own the land out right in order to build with a construction loan. It is very common to purchase a lot under contract while you are working with us to build.
